This was such a great intro to Mexico City. We really appreciated learning about both the history and current day of life in the City.

This was an unusually informative tour of the Santa Maria La Ribera area, full of historical and sociological references. Diego is also very entertaining, and he has access to certain buildings which add a lot to the experience. Highly recommended.

We loved our walking tour through Santa Maria la Ribera with Diego. This is the kind of tour we like most - not sightseeing but getting an opportunity to see a real neighborhood and learn about the current issues and concerns of its residents. Diego grew up in this neighborhood, so he understands it intimately. Touring with him was like walking with a friend. He was an excellent storyteller, open to any questions we had. We had a great time and highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants a better understanding of Mexico City.

We had an amazing time with Diego and got to experience this local neighbourhood we would’ve never discovered otherwise. He was incredibly patient, detailed and knowledgeable about the area and gave us a lot of insight into Mexico City then and now. Highly recommend!
