Would definitely recommend and would take this class again when we come back one day. It was fun to leave with our own chocolate, and really interesting to hear about how the cacao beans and the ingredients are sourced directly from local farmers in Thailand.

The chocolate making was great. The beginning part was a little slow but interesting. Thank you for sharing with us!

Highly recommend! You will learn a lot, and make your own chocolate to take home. You will also hopefully meet some nice people.

We loved the workshop. The factory itself wasn't running (because of the holiday season), but it was still very interesting to see the space and learn about the process of production from bean to bar. Our guide was very knowledgeable, and at the end we also met the owner, who shared some insights into other aspects of the operation.
The store itself had a wide variety of chocolate flavours to taste, from the more conventional to some completely unique flavours. The toppings for our own bars were not quite so adventurous but were still delicious. All in all, it was a great morning in Chiang Mai!

It’s a nice experience but almost without experience 😅
In my opinion, For this price they take they need to give more things to do in the workshop, it feel more like Wikipedia reading from and “why our chocolate is better then commercial chocolate”, it’s ok to say it but I came to chocolate workshops and not to buy your chocolate 🧐
There are a lot of chocolate workshops around the world, learn what they do and get inspiration from them, it could be great experience if you will do it more “hands on” for most of the workshop time and not just to pour chocolate to cast :/
By the way, the guide was great and very nice and professional ☺️
