Hello I’m Kumiko. I’m running my own salon as a medical aromatherapist and an energy healing practitioner.
And also I’m an instructor of “ORIHANA/折花”.

What’s “ORIHANA”?
ORIHANA is a Japanese traditional art called Origami and Kirie, is made with just one piece of paper.
ORIHANA was born as a floral diffuser that you can feel the beauty of flowers from its shape and enjoy your favorite fragrances by Motoi Mitani who is a master of it.
It’s a new Japanese hospitality - “O-mo-te-na-shi. I love this Japanese traditional works so much.

My wife and I had a great time with Kumiko. Even though we cannot speak Japanese, she spoke English well enough to convey her message to us and to teach us some of her skills. The atmosphere was bright and comfortable. We came away with some very beautiful examples of the craft!!

I'm so happy I came to this workshop and would recommend it to everyone. Kumiko is so kind and caring. And the orihana card making is so therapeutic and fun to do. It's actually now something I want to continue learning!
