What you'll do

At the end of the experience, you will find your favorite type of Japanese Sake and get a special experience to enjoy Sake tasting at the bar with local atmosphere. This bar is owned by Japanese French chef who has a strong passion to promote Japanese Sake and its culture to outside of Japan. He had worked at the 3 stars-French restaurant in Paris and he also challenges the marriage between Japanese Sake and French cuisine. At the bar, you will find little tourist but a lot of local patron at the bar. If you are looking for Sake tasting not too touristic, our activity is for you. You will have one hour to taste 12 different seasonal sake!!! Please be noted that the theme of Sake may be changed. Japanese Sake is one of Japan's most iconic drinks. It is widely considered as one of the country's most prized tourism resources. Sake is a product of premium quality water and climate unique to Japan. It holds an indivisible presence within the country's traditional rice culture. Various kinds of sake are made across the country, maximizing the benefits of each area's climate. Thats why there are many types of taste and texture of Sake. You may not imagine but there are more than 1,400 Sake breweries in Japan and they make original Sake by their own. To create high quality Sake, Sake craftsman use very high skill, which they cultivated throughout history.
