Wow what an experience! An Italian cooking experience by an Italian super chef on a great location viewing the sunset while eating what you’ve learned to cook; what more to wish for?! Fisca was very good in explaining all ingredient, why they were used and hoe the cooking process should be done. She a good guide as well; haha, she gave me lots of great ideas for my trip in Miami. If you love Italian food and are willing to learn; this is a great afternoon/night out!

Fosca‘s Pasta State of Mind experience was absolutely fantastic - from the beginning to the end. We went shopping together at the whole food market and she already shared with us some simple rules on how to select certain fruits and vegetables. The way she cooks is very healthy - organic and fresh ingredients are very important to her. At her home everything was already prepared nicely and we felt very welcome. She explained all steps thoroughly and we even received the printed recipes at the end of the experience. Although we regularly cook we learned new things that are very helpful. The food was absolutely fantastic and real Italian - we had our dinner on her lovely balcony overlooking the water and downtown Miami. We even had the chance to enjoy a beautiful sunset. All thumbs up for this experience and it’s absolutely recommendable.
