What you'll do
Sessions are either one on one or otherwise up to groups of 4 clients at a time. Sessions include kettlebells, battle ropes, skipping, jogging, abdominal exercises, body weight exercises, functional training and a whole lot more.

Where you'll be
The training is weather permitting . Sessions will be confirmed in the morning of the day if planned session. Sessions either take place on a beautiful field in a park alongside the Hottentots mountain or on a beach ( Once again weather permitting) Distance between both places are 15 min apart.

Up to 4 guests ages 14 and up can attend.
