We will visit the Sanctuary of Regla in order to learn more about the bond between the Santos and the afro-cuban Orishas. Walking throughout the town we´ll get a better understanding about the daily life of its inhabitants and we will visit the most interesting places in town. Finally we will share with my own family in our house of saints in order to get a better understanding about the Santos and Orishas that protect us.
I grew up here in the town of Regla. I belong to a religious family, who practice the Regla de Ocha or Cuban Santeria for more than 20 years. I practice this afro Cuban religion since I was a child and I've grown up between its traditions and ceremonies. I´m proud to be born in this humble community and I strongly believe it possesses very interesting attributes to share.
