Hearing and seeing the bell ring was energizing! Certainly the highlight of the experience. My heart was pounding. Then, hearing insights from one of the Direct Market Managers, Steve, was incredibly interesting. 10/10 would do this experience again!

We were told to meet at 18 Broad outside the white tent at 9:00. So we did. In the cold. At 9:15 we (we were two different parties) were told the tour had started without us, apparently we were supposed to have entered into the building on our own. Why was this not part of the instructions? And there was no way to directly contact the tour leader (wasn’t Pete that day) as we had not been provided with a text or even an email. (All communication was via airbnb app.) When we finally joined the group, the guide was very knowledgeable and the experience was great.

Really good tour. You’re made to feel very welcomed, are guided by a knowledgeable and friendly “insider,” and being on the floor of the exchange is a thrill. (Take the 2:30 tour and you’ll hear the closing bell. Just great!) However, buying a ticket can be a long and miserable experience. Be prepared.

Highly recommend this unique experience. Really well-organized from start to finish. As a life-Long New Yorker, it was really cool to get such an up close view of the history, culture and floor of the NYSE.

A unique and unforgettable experience! Pete was a great tour guide full of knowledge, and speaking with a market maker on the floor of the NYSE was the icing on the cake! Look forward to doing this again!

Excellent tour. I enjoyed the information regarding the history of NYSE, the history of the building and the artifacts. Being on the floor of the Stock Exchange as the bell rang was cool. Getting to chat with a trader was very interesting even though I didn’t understand a lot of it. Receiving the coin as we left was a nice touch. The name tags were special. Very well done experience. I have already recommended it to friends.
