What you'll do

The Canadian Rocky Mountains offer a dramatic landscape and can be the ultimate challenge for the angler. Your professionally guided fishing adventure will begin at a convenient location in Calgary where we will review our plan for the day and sign the liability waiver. From there, we will drive approximately 1.5 hours to the trailhead. This trip takes us up to a tranquil glacier fed lake that is surrounded by majestic towering peaks. These high mountain lakes can be a delight to fish as they are teaming with Cutthroat or Brook Trout. The scenery is so spectacular that the fishing is actually the bonus. These are some my favourite fishing destinations. I grew up fishing these lakes, and love to fish them to this day. These destinations offer a challenge for experienced anglers, as well are great for beginners. The trail will range from between 5 - 10 km (3 - 6 miles) with an approximate elevation gain of 300 - 500 meters (1000 - 1600 feet). This unique adventure will leave you wanting more.

**Please note that I list multiple experiences and this is an issue with the AirBnB calendar (booking) system. PLEASE contact me if a date is unavailable and I will check my availability.

My husband thoroughly enjoyed his fishing trip with Peter even though he did not catch anything on this occasion. It was good to tap into Peter’s knowledge to find an out of the way fishing spot in beautiful scenery.
