We go from the beach and walk around 30 minutes seaward. During this ride at low tide, we observe the marine environment discovered by the sea. Profit to breathe the iodized air at the top of your lungs ! Then we arrive to a small archipelago of tiny islets, wild fishing place with few visitors. On the spot, we pick up the rolling oysters or by detaching them from the rocks with a special tool. Each o us may fish 1 to 2 dozens of wild oysters. We have a "dégustation" tasting our first oysters, opening them on the rocks and savoring them with a glass of wine and piece of bread and butter. This is an amazing moment !
