What you'll do
The day starts at 9.00 a.m. with the meeting of the participants and a home made breakfast that we prepare to welcome you. After the breakfast we will start with the cooking class, so Stefano will explain and show you how to prepare the various doughs and fillings according to the preparation you have chosen. Usually when you prepare leavened foods, you will have to wait a little for them to leaven. So in the meantime Giovanna and Maria Giovanna, our tour guides, will lead you to the discovery of the place that hosts us, the estate of Sa Tanca de Santu Ainzu. More specifically, they will accompany you on a guided tour of the Nuraghe, the small Romanesque church, the stone quarry, and the Fornace. In the end of the walk we will go back to work and proceed to finish the preparations and cook in the wood oven the final product. Part of this product will be delivered to the participants at the end of the class, so you can taste and enjoy it!
Hello I'm Alba and together with Stefano, Giovanna and Maria Giovanna we have created a cooperative with the aim of enhancing our territory and its beauties. Within the team, Stefano, together with the "tzie", takes care of teaching the participants how to prepare the typical dishes of our area, the Mejlogu. Giovanna and Maria Giovanna accompany people to take a nice walk and discover the beauties of "Sa Tanca". I, Alba, assist Stefano and the people helping them at the right time.

Where you'll be
You will have access to the manor villa of the estate. The estate has an ancient tradition, it was in fact purchased in the early 800's, by the senator of the kingdom Raimondo Garau, directly from the Duke of Asinara, feudatory of that territory, and subsequently handed down to the current owner. In addition to the villa, you can visit the Nuraghe, the Fornace, the stone quarry, the forest and the Romanic Church of San Gavino.

For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase.
Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.
Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Guests should have a passion for food and the desire to discover and immerse themselves in our culinary and non-culinary traditions.
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
