Honestly, this class turned out to be one of the most fun and informative experiences I’ve had in a while. The speakeasy was very cozy and intimate, and the small group of people I invited really enjoyed the background music that was playing. Our instructor, David was not only knowledgeable but had this incredible way of explaining techniques and cocktail history without making it feel overwhelming. What made it really special imo was how hands-on it was. We got to experiment with different ingredients and create our own signature drink by the end of the class. Beyond just the drinks, I appreciated how everyone was chatting, sharing their creations, and cheering each other on. Would definitely recommend to those looking for something that allows them to learn and indulge simultaneously :)
