What we’ll do

Upon arriving, we will perform a dynamic warm up followed by a jog to the end of South Pier and back. Then work our way to south Pointe Park and up Ocean Dr. Stopping at Lummus Park next we will go through a short guided workout circuit at Lummus Park. Expect 30 minutes of activity low to high intensity of your choosing, then we will take a beach jog/ walk back down to South Pier where we…

Where you'll be

We will meet on South Beach South Pier right at the big sign before going out on the pier. We will take a light jog or fast pace walk to the end and back. From there we will follow the beautiful path to Lummus beach. We will do a short circuit workout at the gym on the beach. Depending on the group we may have a short volleyball session before we take a final jog/ walk on the beach along the ocean back to where we began at South Pier.
