Hello evrebody! Thank you very much for your attention! First of all I would like to introduce myself. My name is Raphael and I'm in sports for more than 25 years. I played semi professional football for more than 20 years and started with long distance runs a few years ago. Now I participate on runs like marathon and strongman runs.

What we’ll do

The starting point is the Hohenzollern Bridge directly at the cathedral. From here it goes along the Rhine and up to the bastion. Through the green belt we reach the Aachener Weiher. The track length is between 5 and 15km. Depending on the needs of the participants, you can take a break in between and be strengthened. The speed is very moderate. Where you'll be

Depending on the length of the route different places are visited. In any case, it starts at Cologne Cathedral and the Hohenzollern Bridge. Then it goes to the Cologne Bastei. From there past the sculpture park, through the green belt. After the television tower has passed, it goes to the Aachener Weiher and then back to the old town of Cologne and ends at the Kranhäusern / the chocolate museum.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Participants must be able to run more than 5km at a stretch. The activity is adjusted to the level of the participants.
