What you'll do

I will have your trapeze(s) set up so you will be ready to take flight. We will take a few minute to discuss safety of the trapeze, then flip right into it. We will get our bodies nice and open, then begin working through multiple poses that will help you feel amazing from head to toe. If you’re feeling jet lagged, tired, or just need some movement in your body this will be perfect for you. We will get your arms and legs stretched out and build some strength. We will open up your front and back body to allowing new fresh energy to flow through you. You will then be able to flip upside down to get amazing traction on your spine, and learn some new back bend techniques to engage new muscles. Towards the end we will have “play time” where you will have the chance to work on more fun advanced moves with my guidance. We will finish in a nice soothing relaxation pose to help you feel refreshed and ready to take on the rest of your day!

I am a certified yoga instructor who specializes in a new fun style called Yoga Trapeze! I teach many styles of yoga, but this one is my true passion. I fell in love with how much fun it is to flip upside down while also getting fit in the process. It's amazing how great your spine feels through the traction the trapeze offers you when hanging upside down! I’m trained in multiple postures, along with proper safety techniques needed to give you an amazing session. Working one on one, or in small group workshops is my specialty, which gives you the best experience.

What's included

You will be provided with yoga mat, your own yoga trapeze, and yoga blocks.

Where you'll be

You will be welcomed into an amazing yoga space that you can safely hang from with comfort. You will be welcomed with open arms, fun positive energy, and of course a smile! All the props needed will be provided for you, so you just need to bring yourself and maybe some friends to join you!

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 5 guests ages 18 and up can attend. No prior experience is needed. You should avoid the trapeze if you have any of the following: glaucoma, high blood pressure (that isn't controlled by medication), any recent surgeries, injuries, or vertigo.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

More tips

No prior experience in yoga or trapeze is needed. You will be barefoot, so don't worry about what shoes to wear. Your clothes should be stretchy and comfortable, no jeans, or constrictive clothing.
