What you'll do
You will experience the basics of Turkish cuisine, brought to you in 4 different courses by me and my colleague; Mezzes (traditional appetizers),hot starters, main course and dessert. While taking the class and instructions on how to prepare these delicious dishes you will also be able to listen to the stories of the classic Turkish and Ottoman cuisine in general. In the final part , with a local wine served on the house, the entire group will enjoy the dinner table of what they have prepared..
