What you'll do
Upon arrival, we will give you a brief review of the history of the paella, and
We will start to organize the ingredients of the paella, peel and chop.
Depending on the preferences of the group, it would be seafood or mixed paella (with meat and seafood).

We are experts in giving paella courses, we have been doing it for years.
Besides, the course is taught in the marquesa, surrounded by forests and nature.
After cooking, taste your paella with a good wine.
The co-host is my husband, he's a paella master.

The workshop is given on one side of the Marquesa National Park, surrounded by forest nature and pure air.
