What you'll do
Do you know "Dorayaki"? Yes, it is a favorite of very famous cat-shaped robots. In this experience, you can cook the Japanese sweets called "Dorayaki". What is different from pancake? I will show you all the process from sifting the flour so that you can understand it. We usually put Anko(sweet bean paste) in the dorayaki. But now, there are many fillings for dorayaki. You can taste aranging fillings, and you may be able to imagine what is easy to get in your country. If you take the recipe, you can entertain friends and family by doing dorayaki party.
For over a year and a half I have been offering Japanese home cooking experiences to visitors from overseas in the Asakusa area of Tokyo, and I guided a lot of guests to the cookware street. If you bring home recipes and tools from Japan, you can definitely share your experiences with friends when you return home.
