What we’ll do

Guests will arrive be welcomed by crudites and charcuterie with a selection of locally flavored sodas. They will find an apron and toque at their assigned workspace along with a tasty amuse bouche and apertif, complete with notes giving brief history of what they're enjoying. What I’ll provide

Snacks and Other
After the class, the guests will be able to enjoy the fruits of their labor and sit down to a traditional NOLA meal.. Guests will enjoy seasonal pre-event snacks and local charcuterie and pralines to take home.
Drinks
Local sodas will be served. Wine pairing classes carry a higher fee and only if all participants are over 21 years of age.
Equipment
All necessary tools, ingredients and equipment are provided. Guests will receive an apron and toque as my gift to them.

Where you'll be

Classes will be conducted at Stepping Stone Kitchen on Carrollton Avenue near the Historic Riverbend, or Noble Minds Institute, depending on venue available. Both are well-appointed commercial kitchens with dining space to enjoy a post-class meal.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Most of the prep and cooking is done from a standing position. Please let us know if you or a guest has special needs and we will work to accommodate them.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

Alcohol

This experience includes alcohol. Only guests who meet the legal drinking age will be served alcoholic beverages.
