We have lived in this area for over 30 years and own and operate Pretty View Stock Farm. We keep a herd of Belted Galloway cows who calve in May and June. We also enjoy a few chickens. We are pioneers in soil conservation and grassland management. We understand the crops grown in this area including land preparation, cycles of growth, harvesting, livestock and how animal feed is grown and processed. We are familiar with the farm machinery used locally and have access to cattle operations, auction markets, local grain and mixed farming operations. We know the back roads and natural areas.
