Where you'll be

We will visit the wooden saints and learn about this ancient tradition of the Dominican Republic. Will explain about the micro rain forest at the top of the mirador of the cave. Will visit the sulfurs lake, the refrigerator lake, the ladies lake and the Zamaragullon lake. Will learn about the areito ceremony made by the aboriginal people. Then we will go to admire the big cenote from the top of the cave.

This tour is just simply beautiful, amazing and very affordable. I absolutely loved it! My tour guide Luis was amazing and super friendly. He even provided water during my trip. I absolutely loved the history lesson he provided and he did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable. The sites were also wonderful. Such a rare experience and I loved every second of it. This cave tour is a must do when you are in Santo Domingo. I highly recommend it!

José was a great guide. Very good English and very patient with answers to many questions. These caves are gorgeous. It was a nice small group too which made it really peaceful. It would have been nice to spend more time in the caves but it is a major tourist destination so it wasn’t really possible.

The caves are a probably a must see when in Santo Domingo, and the experience was nice and fairly priced. The park might have been more interesting for families. The tour could have benefited from more storytelling and history; overall would recommend if you prefer guided tours!
