This 5-hour tour (10 AM - 3 PM) is a solid concept and did manage to cover almost all of the main New York City sights as promised. However, the execution had some major issues. The tour ran significantly over the scheduled time, which made it tough to plan the rest of our day. Additionally, the host was smoking during the tour, which felt unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable for the group. It has great potential for sightseeing, but the time management and host behavior definitely need improvement.

This was the third tour I booked with Geoff. This year, we did not have a competent guide. It is not enough to say: Tada... this is xy... Compared to the other guides, he hardly provided any information or anything interesting. Although there were only non-native speakers on the tour, he spoke indistinctly. It may also have been due to the bad weather, but he basically marched through China Town and Little Italy. There would have been so many things to explain. At some places, I had to ask him if there wasn't more to say about it. We didn't enjoy it at all, and it wasn't worth the money. You could have gone on your own. The two guides I had done the same tour with before were much better. It's a shame about the money.
