You will experience the vegetarian cooking in my house. It doesn’t matter if you can cook; as long as you are a foodie and interested in vegetarian diet, you are truly welcome to join in us to cook various delicacies. If there is anything you don’t eat, please tell me in advance.
I have many homegrown organic food prepared for you, such as millet, peanuts, sesame, sesame oil, sesame paste, red dates, mung beans, etc.
I like cold dishes, salad, steamed bun, fried tofu, dumplings stuffed with chives and tofu, braised noodle with diced green beans, pancakes with spring onions, stewed potatoes and carrots, fried noodle with eggs and a variety of ingredients, millet congee with sweet potatoes and pumpkins, etc.
You can book the experience for lunch or dinner from Monday to Sunday. You are welcome to contact me to set a time.
Please tell me in advance what your favorite vegetables are so that I can buy fresh vegetables early in the morning in the grocery.
You can experience it on your own and are welcome to bring a friend with you . We can drink tea and chat with each other.
Also, you can have a taste of the yogurt, fruit juice and wine, which are all made by myself.

Hello, I'm Rabbit
I am a vegetarian food expert, I’m in my 30s, I love lots of things, have many habits and I’m outgoing. I’m Airbnb’s faithful user and a superb host.

I especially like to cook a variety of food. I once conquered my Italian airbnb host with Chinese food. I made pancakes for my birthday in India. The Indian host said it was more delicious than the birthday cake she made.

When we were young, our family was not very interested in eating meat.

Later, when I grow up, I rarely eat meat on my own, only when friends and family come to my house. I would cook all kinds of food for friends and family, or go to restaurants to eat non-vegetarian food occasionally.

From May 2018, a German guest came to my place. She is a vegan. We had vegan diet for 4 months together and went to various restaurants to eat vegan dishes. I also had vegan diet when I travel to India in October, and I still like being vegan very much until now.

If you like vegetarian food, want to try exploring cooking and like to talk to people who are also vegetarians about vegetarian food. You can come and join me to make a variety of different vegetarian nutritious diets.

In addition, I also like to watch NBA games, exercise, do yoga and read.

I also donate blood consistently. I donated blood for more than 20 times in the past more than ten years, and I have a silver certificate issued by the Beijing Red Cross Blood Center.
I have my own biopharmaceutical company in Beijing, so I have a lot of free time to do lots of meaningful things.

I especially like to travel on my own and outdoor sports.

I traveled as a backpacker to more than 20 countries in Europe and Asia. I enjoyed the freedom to travel alone as a backpacker.

I also took trains to more than a dozen countries in Europe and walked around cities I like.

I know many good friends from different countries through traveling, and friends from all over the world come to China to visit me every year.

I took friends from the United States, Germany, Netherlands,Denmark, etc. to the Great Wall for camping, picnicking, eating hot pot, and to Haitang Mountain for hiking.

That was truly amazing experience. We went to a local night market to buy fresh ingredients and cooked them together into tasty vegan dishes. Sanxia is a lovely and warm host, knowledgeable about chinese food and culture. I had a great time and my only regret was I had to leave early for my flight. Thank you Sanxia !

Had a nice time in sanxia's cooking class, she's passionate about cooking and the food tasted really well. Unfortunately the market was closed so we went to a supermarket instead. She shared a lot of stories but could have focused a little more on food related content.

The experience was wholesome and it felt like as if we were invited to a friend’s place to hangout, drink wine and cook dinner. The best part was learning how to make homemade vegetarian Zhajiangmian, which turned out to be our favorite. Listening to Rabbit’s life story and enjoyable endless conversation almost didn’t want to make us go back home. I would 11/10 recommend this experience for those who want to not only learn how to cook vegetarian Chinese dishes but also make a friend.

Rabbit is an incredible host and this experience was so far above my expectations. From store to kitchen, we were engaged and having so much fun every step of the way. I think for anyone looking to have a surprisingly memorable and lovely time in Beijing, this is the best experience I can’t recommend enough.

BOOK THIS EXPERIENCE!!! Sanxia is a great person. She has a quick easy smile and laughs a lot. She’ll make you feel instantly comfortable as you talk over tea/coffee. It’s like she becomes your friend from the moment you meet her. She is very open and welcoming. She listens to you and tell your about herself. And that is BEFORE she cooks for you. She makes way to much food but you will not be able to stop eating!!! She is a great cook and the food is amazing! Do your self a favor and book this experience!

We really enjoyed the cooking class with Sanxia. She was very warm, picked us up from the train station and dropped us off as well. The dumplings were delicious. One recommendation I have if you take this class is to figure out the menu with her ahead of the class to account for any food restrictions, allergies etc.
