What you'll do

We'll start off our experience with something sweet for your tastebuds at a beloved Philly donut shop. Samples will be provided for guests to nosh on while we get to know one another and chat about what secondhand finds tickle their fancy. We will then be off and away to various secondhand establishments across the Queen Village neighborhood of Philadelphia. Guests are free to shop at their own pace but we'll be close by to jump in if they're in need of any styling advice along the way or assistance in the hunt for the perfect treasure they are looking for. During our secondhand excursion, we be taking a detour down an art-filled alley that's quintessentially Philly and an Instagrammer's dream spot for the perfect picture to document this experience. We end our journey with recommendations to some of our favorite spots close by to enjoy pretty cocktails and unique food options for guests to indulge in and keep the party going. Hi! We are Marisa and Aimee, two colorful gals who bonded over our love of color, cake, and secondhand shopping. Natives to the City of Brotherly Love, we adore finding the best secondhand shops the city has to offer and all the delicious sweets and street art along the way. Aimee is a stylist who has worked with curating props for photoshoots, events, and interiors and has spent years sourcing unique items from thrift and vintage stores around the country. Marisa works as a marketing associate at a consignment shop & estate sale business in the burbs and boasts over 20 years experience of thrifting and selling her finds online.

Where you'll be

We will meet at a donut shop on Philly's famous South Street. After that, we will be walking to 3 of our favorite secondhand shops in the Queen Village neighborhood. The first is a small vintage collective full of curated pieces and artisan goods. The second is a large thrift store with a lower price point and vast selection. The last is a retro lover's dream full of unique vintage vignettes and funky housewares at a mid price point.

I had a great time! They let me go at my own pace, were interested in my remake projects, and had some great stores to shop at!

Excellent experience. The girls really knew their thrift shops and it was fabulous. All 5 of us left with more than one item. They even carried around MJ,'s big box so she could shop. Thank you girls!

Aimee and Marisa were fantastic hosts! They took me to all the right spots in a really quaint part of town. They also struck just the right balance between letting me browse on my own and being readily available to give opinions and suggestions. I found several ridiculously cute items and can not wait to wear them!! This experience was a total win and I’m so glad I booked!
