What you’ll do

Flavors from Afar, a Michelin-awarded social enterprise project, was founded with the belief that every dish carries a story & that sharing a meal is one of the most meaningful ways to build connections across cultures. Every month, we feature meals cooked by a refugee chef from Africa, Asia, or the Americas. In this hands-on booking class, try rare-to-LA flavors as you learn to make a dish from the chef's home. Then, sit down for a 3-course dinner paired with wine as you get to know the chef.
This experience is hosted in English.
