Meeting Nonna Lalla and Rory was an experience itself. They were so lovely and warm-hearted 💓. We felt so welcomed, like coming to your grandma's kitchen. It started with a little tour through the village were we learned about the village's history and then went to Nonna Lalla's kitchen where we learned to make perfect pasta, also a little bit of Italian and what hospitality means in Italy. Highly recommended!

This experience was one that will forever be one of my favorites. It was thoughtful, unique, beautiful, comforting, and extremely authentic. The hosts, Chiara and Giorgia, were extremely kind and responsive. Nonna Marissa was so lovely. She taught us great pasta techniques and definitely made us laugh. The scenery was incredible and was a nice change of pace from the busy city and the pastas were amazing! The class is not in Rome, so be mindful that it is a bit of haul to get the location but extremely worth it!

It was perfect!!! Nonna Lala is cute, super helpful and loving. The pasta we prepared was amazing, with sauces and refried dishes prepared by Nonna. It was wonderful, I recommend it to everyone who is in Rome. The place where the experience takes place is like a movie, beautiful! For those who don't speak Italian: there is an interpreter in the classes, she is amazing and there is a beautiful relationship with Nonna, it's like being at grandma's house as a visitor. I highly recommend it

I grew up in my grandma’s kitchen, learning pasta-making traditions passed down through generations. Realizing this heritage was fading, I began bringing travelers to our grandmas' homes. Today, it's a community effort, with features in the New York Times and the Premio Simpatia award for our impact on society and culture.
