What you'll do

Dubrovnik Early Bird Walking Tour

Let us use the first light of the sun for a walking tour in Dubrovnik.
We will walk through the maze of narrow streets while the town is still sleeping and you will experience "real" Dubrovnik without the usual crowds.
The tour starts at the main entrance gate next to Amerling fountain. We start walking over the shiny main street that you can only see "empty" early in the morning and get the real feel of its beauty.
By using hidden corners of the old town you will explore history, legends and curiosities. On our walk you will see all main monuments and have an introduction for your stay in Dubrovnik that will help you to plan your days and take the best out of it.
Experience todays life of the citizens living in the old town, feel the spirit of the past and dive into an unforgettable experience by joining us from the establishment of Dubrovnik until the collapse of Yugoslavia and countries independency.
Other things to note
Since it's an early tour, I suggest bringing a bottle of water with you. On the meeting place, which is Amerling fountain, outside of the city walls, you'll recognise me by a printed "Early Bird" sign

Hello dear guests!
My name is Marina and I am an official licensed tour guide in Dubrovnik.
I was born in Dubrovnik but moved to Munich when I was a child and love to my homeland brought me back in 2004.
Today I am proud to be a tour guude in my home town to numerous guests from all over the world. I studied at RIT ( Rochester Institute of Technology) Dubrovnik and I graduated in 2009.
I was trying to combine work and passion that finally brought me to the decision to become a guide. Since 2011 I am enjoying every single day by showing our visitors the beauty of this amazing town. This tour is also guided by my co-hosts and they as well, just like myself, enjoy what they do, they love Dubrovnik and you'll have a lot of fun with us.

Good experience, Mikaela was a very enthusiastic and passionate guide. She tells you a lot about the history and she really loves the city

The early morning tour is the best time to see the old town and it was a great change from the sea of GoT tours. Our guide had a strong link to the area which made it even more interesting.

Marina did not guide us, But her associate did a very good job. We could understand her very well and she spoke loud and clear. Very interesting take on ancient and recent history. Highly recommended When visiting Dubrovnik.

Great tour! Best way to see the city before the crowds hit, we couldn’t believe the change as we ended the tour with so many more people in the streets.

Mikayla, our guide, was great at showing us the nice parts of old town + story telling! The walk was perfect length, not too long or too short. She gave us the main history including fun facts / history about the city you wouldn’t learn in a history book. Would highly recommend!

The guide was prompt and gave such great information about Dubrovnik and the old town. Such a great intro to the city with insider tips and recommendations from a local guide, as well as a huge amount of interesting information. I would highly recommend this on your first day in the city.
