What you'll do
Train in the art of Kendo, a modern martial art descended from samurai practices. We’ll start by talking about basic etiquette and the cultural history of the samurai. Next, we’ll work with practice weapons in traditional Kendo armor in a dojo (a martial arts studio). We’ll finish the lesson with a tournament-style combat game.

Please wear loose fitting exercise clothes just in case we don't have a kendo uniform in your size.
