We are Liz Oseguera and Israel Andalon, superhosts for more than two years in Airbnb. Through this time, we have committed to give a plus to our guests by taking them to explore the wonders of our region. One of the trips that we enjoy the most is this hike to the waterfall. We have knowledge in the area, we are sensitive to different needs, we speak several languages and we like to surprise our hosts with details they don't expect. In our fan page "Alalibre" we have received several good comments about our trips.

This was one of the highlights of our trip. Liz was great at communication and a very sweet person to deal with in general. The hike itself involves a lot of walking through water and climbing over boulders and large rocks, so make sure you wear good shoes and are fit enough, as it’s not an easy walk. But it’s very beautiful and the falls at the end are lovely, as promised. We felt really refreshed after dunking in the pool and falls.

This was a fantastic experience! Very good hike, left feeling great. The sandwiches were delicious and so was the food at the cafe at the end. Liz was passionate and really easy to talk to. If you’re looking to just get away for a few hours and enjoy nature, this is the experience for you.

This experience was amazing! It’s a relatively short (1 hour) hike to a waterfall and pool. There’s a good deal of climbing over rocks and it not flat at all. Burned a good number of calories quickly, without being tired or out of breath. The waterfall and lunch were great! Liz also packed very yummy sandwiches for us. The hike itself we could have done on our own, but it was SUPER worth going with Liz. She was personable and had the right energy. We chatted for a while, talking mostly about travel and hiking and other things. It was a highly personalized experience and I hope to do another hike with her next year!!

Wow. Liz is not only a native of Mexico, but she is incredibly spiritual and adventurous, and works in tourism. I've been staying with her at her Airbnb apartment, which is conveniently located across the street from stores where I could walk and easily purchase food and the daily necessities of life. On the day of our excursion, she drove me and some of the other participants to the site, and took us deep into a tropical rainforest where we saw amazing foliage, biodiversity, and isolated white sandy beaches. Her tour partner, Israel, was equally kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. He fed us healthy and hearty sandwiches from his brother's restaurant, and freshly squeezed orange juice. I really felt like I was in heaven! I HIGHLY recommend Liz and Israel from alalibre for their day excursions.

This was a great day trip. I did it with my wife and three kids (10,13,14)It is rocky and you will have to walk through the river, so come prepared for that. But if you hike at all, you will be fine. I thoroughly enjoyed the day in this trip.

A fun half day adventure. Liz and Israel are friendly and passionate about nature. The hike is medium strenuous and worth it to play in the waterfall. Be sure to wear water shoes and bring a towel.
