Amazing tour! Dimitrios gave us great insight into the history of the city and answered all our questions with patience. He also shared information about traditional foods and recommended the best areas to try local restaurants. We did this tour on our first day in Athens, and it truly helped us make the most of the rest of our stay thanks to everything we learned. Highly recommend!

Dimitris was excellent at communicating and staying connected in advance. He was very engaging when greeting group members and did a good job of explaining how things would work, and encouraging questions. He had a really easygoing way of putting things in perspective and welcoming everyone’s input. Our group was 6 people and he was very good at moving us to the side of the path or road and setting us up so all could hear and see. The tour was designed so nicely, in that it started with big picture, but then there were multiple places where points made earlier were revisited with specific views and locations. It really made it easy to stay oriented. I can’t say enough how useful and enjoyable this tour was, and Dmitris’ generosity in being willing to offer other recommendations was also very much appreciated.
