We'll meet at the new Essex St. Market which is a great destination to visit to gather the ingredients needed for the dish we choose to make. We'll walk back to my place in the E.Village, 5 or 6 blocks north, where I can point out great galleries and share some neighborhood - lore. I'll have the recording equipment set up. We'll coordinate your arrival w/the brown paper bag surprising me with the ingredients, you'll learn knife skills, various cooking techniques & zero waste mindful lifestyle, discuss current events, & sharing valuable travel tips. Then we'll eat together.
