I love going on hikes and night walks, also went to university in the area so have a general sense of the locale. With a degree in public health, part of my background is looking at the built environment from a green city perspective and while i go on walks by myself and I am interested in opening up one of my spots the magic forest to others.

What we’ll do

Guest will meet at the bottom of the mountain(Bring Raincoats if raining) Meet at 145 bus by Production Skytrain We all take the bus to the top of the mountain. What I’ll provide

Food
I will have granola bars and water for everyone who registers. There will also be a coffee and tea at the meet up after.
Tickets
Participants will be given wrist bands to confirm they’re part of the experience.
Transportation
For those not driving transportation to the top or the mountain and back down back be facilitated.

Where you'll be

You will visit Burnaby Mountain at night, See the Burnaby Mountain Park during a time not often experienced by tourists, visit my AirBnB home in Lougheed. Not everyone who comes to Burnaby mountain really gets to experience the mountain. This experience gives you a fun time to get lost within the wonders of the mountain led by someone who has been living locally and understands the area fairly well.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Should be comfortable with Night Walks walks or want to expeience it. Have a fun attitude.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.

Alcohol

This experience includes alcohol. Only guests who meet the legal drinking age will be served alcoholic beverages.
