What you'll do

I will be teaching you how to make 2 different types of pasta from scratch, how to incorporate a healthy twist into each one, show you how to make a delicious sauce using ingredients already in the pantry.

This is a great experience for a family. The class is easy to follow along and Phillipe gives you all the information necessary to use what you have learned on your own in the future!

We had such a good time with Phillipe - he answered all of our questions as we went along, but making the pasta ended up being so easy! It was a great night spent with the family - would highly recommend!

Phillipe was great and a good host. The pasta we made was simple yet delicious and one that was easy to make via zoom! The only issue is that it felt rushed, we had technical issues and as this was a large private group zoom with my family for a Christmas gift for my grandparents (who were unable to figure get the zoom audio working), he did not allow much time to get this figured out and they were unable to participate. Other than this it was very enjoyable!

Great way to learn more about making homemade pasta. Easier than I thought it would be with useful tips. I wont hesitate to try making it on my own now.
