What you'll do

My experience begin and end with door to door service anywhere in the Paso Valley. (pickups between 11 with drop off 5). Our six passenger jeeps insure an intimate experience for groups of 2 – 6 people and larger upon request. Itineraries are spontaneous and based on my guests tastes in wine and the type of experience they are seeking. Small production wineries versus large or a combination of both. Four (4) winery stops are included with an appropriate time for lunch. Miscellaneous stops can be considered and included such as olive oil tastings or visit to an organic farm. Using my jeep we have access to several private vineyards we are able to offer our more adventurous guests a chance to go off the grid onto “dirt” where some of the areas greatest beauty and wildlife can be seen. For those who favor the flavor of beer we can substitute a winery stop for one of the several breweries in the area. Return home is generally between 3 pm
Other things to note
We travel in a classic 6 passenger open air jeeps. Enclosed for inclement weather. Tasting Fees are not inculded

I grew up in the hospitably and wine industry. After many years of traveling the world and exploring wine I decided to settle down in Paso Robles. My passion for classic jeeps has lead me to showing people what the best wines on the central coast has to offer all from the seat of one of the sturdiest vehicles ever made. Im well versed in the wines of the world and what makes Paso wines and its Rhone varieties the undiscovered jewel of the central coast.

Where you'll be

We pride ourselves on connecting you with small wineries and their wine makers. During the tour we will hit 3 to 4 spots as well as take you into the places that other people cannot go whether it's barrel tasting or a ride through a private vineyard. I partner with a lot of wineries inlcuding Halter Ranch, Whalebone, Kiamie, Dubost, Niner just to name a few

Very good tour for wine amateurs like us! Laid back and fun. The wineries were good except one of them didn't serve white wine (whalebone).

Sal was a great host. He showed us some places we wouldn’t have gone on another tour. He shared knowledge of the Paso area, the agriculture, and a short story of each winery we visited to set the atmosphere before we arrived. He understood what we were looking for on our day and exceeded expectations. We truly enjoyed every bit of the experience.

Increíble experiencia, el guía fue muy atento y amable. Los viñedos visitados en el tour son increíbles, recomiendo whalebone y su nieve de peanutbutter, simplemente deliciosa 🤤

If you know nothing about wine tasting than this might be for you. I was not impressed with this tour, matter of fact a bit disappointed. It was communicated very poorly, when I was booking his tour it was not clear that this is not a privet tour, expect unknown passengers riding along. Somehow we end up following other passengers itinerary due to the fact that he could not reach me but somehow I’ve received an email from him. He asked in person what winery’s we would like to visit and if I suggested something he came up with an excuse of why we can’t go there, yet again on his description he states he will take you anywhere you like or to your taste. His wine tasting is not your typical wine taste experience, if you know what you want and suggest other wise be prepared to be shut down. But again if you know nothing about winery’s or wine tasting this might work for you.

Sal is knowledgeable and an engaged driver. He has good relationships with many vineyards. If you let him take the lead, he'll take you on a good time.
