What we’ll do

As a 90-min facilitated mindfulness nature walk--this experience is deeply healing, grounding and connecting. The first half hour will be dedicated to facilitating you through a variety of intentional mindfulness exercises before embarking on this walk to prepare you for the optimal experience. What else you should know

There are no public restrooms located near the trailhead. Please dress appropriately for the weather. We are in a heavily forested area at high altitude which means cooler temperatures.

What to bring

Depending on the season, you will need to be prepared for the weather as this is a rain or shine event. Please dress in warm, waterproof layers.
Waterproof jacket or coat
Warm layers (this is a very slow walk so don't expect to get warm by exercise, if it is cold, please do be preapred)
Sturdy waterproof shoes with good treads (there may be mud along the path)
If it is cold, be prepared with a hat and gloves
A small, comfortable backpack to wear while walking
A water bottle and a snack if desired
A journal and a pen
A natural item as an offering for the forest (think feather, stone, leaf etc.) (completely optional)
