Ferdinando is a very welcoming, wonderful, and fun host! He helped the group to connect over wine and cooking the various foods; it was like a cooking party! His English is easy to understand, and he explained techniques thoroughly. He also gave historical and cultural context for the foods we made which elevated the experience. He gave helpful feedback as we prepared the foods, so now I feel confident that I can apply the knowledge at home in my kitchen. It was rewarding to try the foods we made afterwards with a sit down dinner. We had an amazing experience!!

What an awesome cooking class. All of the ingredients were so fresh. Might be the best tasting pasta I’ve ever had! Also a great atmosphere.
