What we’ll do <What> We'll make 2 Japanese rolls per person. One California roll with crab meat and avocado and shrimp tempura roll with avocado and yellow radish/cucumber. ---Please note, we do not serve raw fish. We do not want to take any risks with food safety since we aren't a restaurant. Our focus is on the sushi rolling technique. All ingredients will be cooked. --- Served with wasabi, pickled ginger and Korean Citron honey tea or Japanese green tea. <Who> Age of 10 or up can attend <Where> Plano (Park/ Alma) What else you should know I've been a teacher for many years so let me know if any of you wish to learn Korean language.
