eBike Tour of Portland

Portland, United States

Experience hosted by Sarah

  1. 2 hours
  2. Hosted in English

What you'll do

Explore Portland like a Portlander – on a bicycle! This is the premier short bike ride in Portland - a 10-mile loop, offering many views of the city, Willamette River, bridges, parks, food carts, rose gardens, and more. Because this is a private tour, we can stop and take as many photos as you would like!

Tour Highlights:
- ride along low traffic “bicycle boulevards”
- Bridgetown! We will ride across the Steel, Tilikum, and Sellwood bridges
- Waterfont Park (famous for having been a highway that is now a beautiful greenway)
- Salmon Springs Fountain
- ride along the Willamette River and see sailboats, jet skis, fishermen, and yachts
- keep your eyes peeled for wildlife! Salmon, beavers, great blue herons and bald eagles
- Butterfly Park
-Oaks Bottom Wildlife Refuge & Mural
- The longest floating walkway in the United States!

... and a whole lot of other “Portlandy” sightseeing along the way. Special requests are welcome!

IMPORTANT: The Cost of bike rental not included (approximately $15). This is because each rider will be responsible for the bicycles, and may prefer to continue riding and keep them longer than the tour. YOU WILL NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE BIKETOWN APP TO RENT THE BIKES.

NOTE: You can also use a different bicycle if you prefer (perhaps you own your own or are borrowing one from a friend) - just let me know!
Other things to note
BIKE RENTAL: cost of bike rental is approximately $35. Not included in cost of this experience because some people bring their own bicycles.

CANCELATION POLICY: this experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours. I am not able to offer same day refunds.

What an amazing experience! This is our first time on an E-Bike and we love it! Sarah is very energetic and excited to show us Portland. Sarah is very passionate about the city and knows every street and makes the bike tour super easy and fun. We took tons of pictures! I'm rarely bike and I can easily do the tour thanks to the electronic bike. This was the perfect for our first full day in Portland. We got to know the city from the history to the building structure. Everything was fun and laid back. Our guide gave us a memorable experience. Thank you Sarah! I would recommend this tour to everyone.

Sarah took me on a beautiful tour through Portland’s nicest neighbourhoods and across very beautiful bridges. On this day it was only me, Sarah and her niece which made the whole experience very personal and special. I was always invited to have a say in where we go next and we took many photos together. It was a lovely day and I would definitely recommend.

Sarah did an excellent job customizing our bike tour to our level of biking experience & our level of comfort riding in traffic. Furthermore, at no point during the ride did we face any streets that could even remotely be considered busy. Biking was a great way to experience a lot of Portland, without a lot of effort. The ebikes were amazing, super easy to ride & a lot of fun. Sarah was personable & funny! It was a delightful afternoon and we will definitely be repeat customers on Sarah’s other tours.
