I’m Lucia, head chef and co-owner of Mattarello Cooking Lab. I started making pasta at six and never stopped. In Italy, I studied law but realized food is my passion. In 2010, I invested my scholarship to open my first bakery-pasta shop, then a bigger one in Milan’s center. In 2018, I moved to San Diego with my husband Francesco.
