We'll start the experience by getting to know each other around a cup of loose-leaf tea and snacking on goodies Chloé purchased in the bulk aisle of her favorite coop. Chloé will tell you how her journey to Zero Waste started and why Portland is such a great place to live for environmentalists. Then the actual class will begin.
