The trip was awesome! It was like a bunch of little adventures in one. We were taken by boat to a little island, then rode bikes to the site. Then had lots of time to search and find treasures. If you go on this tour make sure you bring your patience and a positive attitude. There are so many opportunities for amazing shells, fossils and such, but the sharks teeth you will have to hunt a little bit more for. RECOMMENDATIONS: Liaten to your guide! Go directly to the area the guide suggests and start there. You will have the most success that way. My son stayed glued to the guide and found the most. I came in second and my hubbie found 1. He did not get to the area till later that was recommended and I think that effected the results. 2- don’t bring plastic bags, bring a backpack, canvas, or some other material bag. If you are going to collect shells your bags will break! I found some awesome Conch type whole shells and they just ripped through my bag. I ended tying my Jacket together to hold them. 3- you may want to bring a snack. It’s a long trip and you may get hungry. 4-bring a sweater or layers. We went in December and it was much colder on the water than we expected. 5- wear clothes and shoes you expect to get dirty in. We were muddy and dirty by the end. Shoes w/a grip would be good. 6 - Do it! The cost may seem like a lot, but the trip is around 3 hrs and full of beautiful scenery. My hubbie And son loved it and Im usually the only one who goes to the regular beach and collects shells. Enjoy!

Awesome experience! We did not go with Kyle. He has a couple other businesses running and was attending to those. Micheal was our guide and he was great! He knew exactly where to go. The water was calm that day so he allowed us drop off/swim to the beach from the boat. After a short and easy wade to the beach- we immediately began to find teeth!!! It was a good walk back to the pick up point but well worth it. We found tons of treasures. Micheal was really knowledgeable about the topic and helped to identify some finds. We brought water in our hydro flask for the sake of cold water for the long walk- highly recommended that. Water bottles are provided from the cooler, but maybe I’m just a water snob haha. Bags for teeth were also provided. Definitely would go again!

My family, including 4 and 7 year old boys, went on the shark tooth adventure this week. Kyle got us a boat and guide to take us to Morris Island and spent four hours walking the island looking for shark teeth and other treasure. It was truly a unique and special experience, especially for my 7 year old aspiring paleontologist. We came back with pockets of shark teeth, fossils, and sea shells we wouldn’t have found elsewhere. Our guide also let our 4 year old “drive” the boat and we saw dolphins on the trip back. Both our kids said it was the best part of our vacation.

I booked the trip with Kyle and we never actually got to meet him in person. Alex was our guide and he is AMAZING. He knows the island and the history of the nature in the area and he is so knowledgeable about the fossils. He helped the children, 6 yr, 4 yr and 1.5 yr old find so many precious teeth fossils. My children simply enjoyed the tranquility of the island. We saw some tourist boat reached the island too. But it cannot be compared with the in-depth, adventurous experience Alex provided for us. Alex has his own page for shark teeth hunting you can book on Airbnb experience. If I had knew there was not a kayak trip at all, I would have booked through Alex directly.

This was the best!! Not only do you get to fund some incredible artifacts, but the guide knew SO much about sharks and the history of the area, it really made for a one of a kind experience. I would DEFINITELY do this again!
