I would like to take you on a city walk in Reykjavík and introduce you to Icelandic traditional food. Looking forward to show you Reykjavík, the northernmost capital in the world.
My cohost is Sigrún, who is funny and a great storyteller. You will love her!

This food tour is a great orientation to Reykjavik. We enjoyed some traditional Icelandic food (some is yummy, some is interesting!!!, but you won't leave hungry). Multiple stops for a meal, ice cream, coffee, pastries, plus a nice overview of sights in the city. Helga was quite pleasant and easy to talk to. Our group really enjoyed this experience.

Helga was an excellent guest- not only did we get to eat traditional Icelandic food but it was very nice to do it with someone who knows the history of the city/country. You can feel that Helga actually enjoys her work and is proud of her city! :)

We actually did the tour with Eyglo as our guide. She was energetic and had a ton of local knowledge. The walk was just long enough to see the sites and try all sorts of food, without being too long as to wear one out. For the price, we would have spent twice the money trying this food ourselves, and we wouldn't have seen the local flair. I feel this tour is the perfect way to start your time in Reykjavik.

Amazing experience. Helga is super cool and a great person. She was the best part of the tour! I really enjoyed talking with her. I sort of forgot I was on a tour and thought we were just hanging out and talking about life. She also knows a ton about Iceland in general. Definitely great intro to Reykjavik! Make sure you're hungry beforehand as you'll be eating a lot :)
