This was an incredible food tour! Jusep is deeply knowledgeable about Toronto, food, culture, and history. He has a deep passion for all of these things, and he uses it to tell powerful, moving, and exciting stories. His knowledge about and connections to Kensington Market in particular are deep, and it shows. But ask him the right questions, and you'll see how deep and broad his knowledge is about all sorts of things you might not expect. And the food is incredible! He took us to places that not only tell a great story but also have great food. I've spent some time in Kensington Market before, and I still had lots of new and delicious experiences.
