What a cool skill to get to try your hand at! Tr was very welcoming and knowledgeable. If I were in Seoul longer I’d love to take their course!

Tae Ri is an excellent teacher! The studio is airy and light, the looms and materials are lovely, and the weaving designs are original and inspirational. If you like textiles and handwork, this is a unique experience.

What can I say other than Sunny saved my Korea trip from being miserable. I walked in wanting to cry from frustration and left wanting to cry with gratitude. Not only was learning weaving so much fun but when Sunny saw my downtrodden face she took the time to ask me what I was struggling with and then helped me sort life out. From looking up directions for me to researching SIM cards and recommending the best dumpling soup place in the neighborhood, she saved my day and likely trip! She was patient and kind and funny. It was great learning about her story and how she came to weaving. I loved this experience and as a solo traveller it was great to have a break from being alone and just chat with someone about life, travel and art!
