What you'll do
You will make your own loaf of traditional brown soda bread, I will then demonstrate how to make an Irish stew. While they are in the oven we will go to our best local craft pub for a beer tasting and then we will return to eat our meal. I will provide you with recipes and you will get to take your loaf of bread home with you.

Where you'll be
This lesson and meal will take place in the kitchen of my Victorian home, about 15 minutes walk from O'Connell St, Dublin and the pub where we will go for the tasting is about 10 minutes walk from the house
