A really interesting experience. We visited in November and every morning was really foggy. The meeting place was easy to find and Danny met us and took us all to his van. During the drive he introduced himself, let us know the plan of the day and then got everyone to introduce themselves. In our car were people from all over the world and we made friends. The first stop for a coffee and WC, then off to the bridge. It was still really foggy which gave a really unique eerie experience. Crossing the bridge in thick fog was amazing. You could see nothing except for the bridge 20m ahead. But Danny let us chat on the other side until the fog lifted. The wooden walkways can be slippery, so wear good trainers. He amended our day to fit our needs. Lunch was great and traditional. Arouca was very pretty and the ribbon was a nice touch. Danny had lots of knowledge and nothing seemed too much trouble. A great day.

Very very good tour! Our guide Dani told us so much about Porto and its region - the trees, history, football etc so funny and there was never a dull moment. The bridge was a bit scarey but we were in good hands. The paiva stair walk was so peaceful and calming with the smell of eucalyptus. The boat ride in Aveiro is a must too. It‘s probably one of the best tours i‘ve done in my life. Don‘t miss this tour - so worth it. I could have never done this alone!

Great hike in a unique hiking area with suspension bridges and tree roads. A good deal of car driving on this trip, but Juaõ was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about Portugal's history, literature and society. Costa nova was beautiful, but sand dunes, cozy houses and good ice cream. The children more or less voluntarily bathed in large waves. Everything was great, walk, lunch, beach and boat trip! The only thing we have a little to postpone was information about timing. The trip takes considerably longer than what was stated at the time of booking. We enjoyed the whole trip, but if you have limited time available, you should double-check the schedule.
