What you'll do

Around 06h45, we will leave Quito, we will pass by a site where we can see the extension of the city from the South Eastern part, we will continue and we will go to have breakfast (at tourist cost), in a restaurant with the best Ecuadorian gastronomy on the way to the Cotopaxi volcano. After breakfast we will head towards the entrance to the Cotopaxi National Park, in this place we will make the registration of tourists and we will contact Tomás, our local guide of the National Park, who in the following will take us in an all-terrain vehicle towards the lagoon of Limpiopungo, located at 3,892 mols (12,769 ft). After making a tour and stopping at this lagoon, we wiil continue our journey to the parking lot under the José Rivas refuge at an altitude of 4700 mols (15,420 ft). We will proceed to climb slowly and with the control of our experienced guide to the José Rivas Refuge, which is 4,864 mols (15,958 ft). This climb will take us about an hour. Upon return we will be willing to visit another place where you can enjoy tasty seafood. During the whole trip we will take beautiful photos, as well as we will record the videos that will be our great memory If you need transportation on your arrival to Quito from the airport to your hotel and back, do not hesitate to ask me
