I am a cook since now 6 years. Born in Auvergne (one of the most famous area for cheese), I fell in love with Paris in my teenage years and live here since more than 30 years. I worked as a journalist before deciding to become a food writer and a professional cook. I attended the prestigious Alain Ducasse French Cooking School in 2013, and have also written 4 unique cookbooks. Since almost 4 years, I open my kitchen and home to travelers and those passionate about food to share traditional French cooking or baking recipes as well my skills and tips.
