What you'll do
Come and be a part of the One Kind Family! Learn to grow your own crops using the latest urban farming technologies; forage for baby kedondong leaves to pound into a pesto; and pluck blue pea flowers to make a uniquely different tea and rice. Then we'll cook a three-course meal (being mindful of your diet and spice preference) using family recipes, and enjoy it together while sharing stories.

Mummy Soh is 76 years old and a champion of active elder aging, growing wholesome foods that nourish the body and soul, and cooking homegrown recipes. Fresh ingredients can create the most memorable meals—memories she loves sharing with people through #OneKindHouse. We’re a family-run part urban farm, part cooking school, part collaborative workshop, where every visit conjures a 21st century “Kampung” experience. We live in rapidly changing times and constantly need to adapt to it, so #OneKindHouse is about building the future on past foundations and staying true to ourselves and Mother Nature.
