From a young age, I have been making Japanese dishes with my mother in Vancouver BC, and lived in Tokyo for several years of my adult life.
Both life experiences have provided an in-depth knowledge of culinary and sourcing the best local ingredients. My Canadian-Japanese combined uprising has heritage roots from my Japanese cuisine culture and I'm happy to share an unique dining experience.
Having dined in Kyushu, Tokyo, and Vancouver has changed my palette to share my love of raw sources; Sashimi, herbs, and rice with the best complimentary sauces.

Yuki was very kind and knowledgeable about Japanese cuisine. The process of making the temaki and mochi ice cream was smooth and very tasty thanks to her preparation and thoughtful considerations. We highly recommend anyone to come try this out as this experience gave my brother and I memories and that will last a lifetime :)

This was such a fun, unique experience! The presentation and preparation was wonderful and Yuki was so great at walking us through making the Mochi ice cream and tamari sushi, (which was delicious!) adding facts about Japanese culture and history as we went along. I learned a lot, along with a new skill that I’ll be able to share with my family and friends. The space was comfortable and inviting, and easy to find and access, and Yuki was so welcoming and friendly. It felt like preparing food with a group of friends, even though our group had just met at the class. I’m so glad I took this class and would highly recommend it to others.
